78th Independence Day was celebrated with great pomp at NIILM University ,Kaithal. Famous social worker and head of 11 Rudri Mandir Vinod Mittal participated as the chief guest in the ceremony and the program was presided over by University Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Shamim Ahmed. The program started with the hoisting of the national flag by the University Vice-Chancellor and the Chief Guest.
